I LOVE Party Tassel Garlands!
Can't get enough of them... and while I love the ones (shown above) by Confetti System, I'm wondering how I can make my own (not so artistically, obviously; but more affordably and more ephemeral...)
Any ideas?

yarn obviously and ribbon tassels made homemade sewn to ribbon. also tissue paper strips with thread wound about the top could made a tassel.
