I love how Martha Stewart has made her ideas in my reach! For a long time I thought I couldn't do the amazing things she did, but now with her craft kits and tools and her down to earth show I realize that wow... I can make very pretty things be in crafts or in baking or in dressing a table! I help a friend plan her wedding and spent hours on Martha's wedding site, just looking at ideas that then spur me in a direction that worked for Lisa's vision of her wedding! Thanks Martha!

What a great giveawy! I worked in a bridal shop in the late 80's and was introduced to Martha Stewart then. I am always so inspired by her crafts, Her show is great, but I usually just adore the crafts.

Lindsey May 18, 2011 at 7:46 AM

Martha Stewart has helped me realize that I CAN be creative, that by a little extra effort, by paying attention to those little details, putting in a little extra love & TLC into what I'm doing, I can make a generic dinner, or holiday feel like a truly special occasion. That I CAN create these projects that I was in awe of, that I can do these things on a budget and still have fabulous parties and events, or just fun time crafting with my children. I learned how to create fabulous meals from Martha, how to create fabulous parties from Martha, and how to be an empowered woman by keeping my home fabulous through just a bit of extra attention. I've used the things she has taught to throw fabulous events for myself and others and she has helped me realize my love and passion for creating wonderful memories for others through fantastic events.

I used to watch her show in college and I will never forget the episode on not using fabric softener on your towels...and I haven't ever since! Martha is so inspirational, if I could do what she does I'd never work another day again!

stephanie @ Simple Things May 18, 2011 at 1:47 PM

Her style has encouraged me that simple really is the best way to go. Just taking that little bit of extra effort and doing it well as opposed to doing too much and it being sloppy.

SueB57 May 18, 2011 at 2:04 PM

I have appreciated Martha Stewart's drive to have a well-run home, delicious food, beautiful gardens...all the things she teaches us, for years. She is an inspiration. My carrier doesn't offer Hallmark so I miss out on her show, but follow her on FBook, I am continually inspired!

Vanessa Grant Events May 18, 2011 at 2:11 PM

Crafting used to be something women did in their spare time and often under wraps for fear of being ridiculed, than came Martha and showed us that you an be crafty and chic! She shows us that you can turn your craft into an art and even better, a business! She encourages women to start their own businesses and even started a networking group called Martha's Dreamers into Doers which has been an invaluable tool for my own personal business growth! She didn't inspire my love of DYI crafts but definitely inspired me to pursue it professionally and elegantly! Her tools are a must and they all match which is AMAZING!!

yellow+gray May 18, 2011 at 2:16 PM

Love crafting and have been inspired by Ms. Martha! Having extra crafting tools will help me to further unleash my creative side!

I used to check her site and pick what recipe or project I was going to conquer on the weekends. I think she is the reason I love parties, and entertaining so much. Her main contribution to my life Her cupcake book, its dog earred and the pages stick together and is the foundation of my home based business. THANK YOU MS!! I've also been called Martha by friends, i took it as a compliment!

The New Modern Momma May 19, 2011 at 7:49 AM

Martha started inspiring me when I was 13. The first time I watched her show I knew I wanted to be here everything about her screamed the perfect domestic diva, rich, smart, crafty. It was everything I wanted and more. I even occasionally use her catch phrase "it's a good thing".Till this day I am on her website looking for recipes and collecting event and craft ideas basically on a daily bases. I am also a friend of yours on facebook. :) Thanks for a chance to win these items.

As of now i only have her glitter in pinks and golds. I would love to have a rainbow of sparkles! :) Martha inspires me in a leadership sense. I think she has made an incredibly amazing brand and has managed to surround herself with THE most talented people. It bums me out that they don't get the credit they always deserve but I think it's the Martha stamp of approval that keeps all her employees pushing to impress her and wow her with their creativity.

Wilma May 19, 2011 at 9:06 AM

Martha Stewart is an inspiration to all who loves to do arts & crafts. Although, my creation becomes, 'arts & craps' since most of them don't turn out like hers, but oh well that's why she's Martha & I'm just plain Wilma. However, I love her ideas & I still continue to try my best to be inspired.

sweet bambinos May 19, 2011 at 10:22 AM

Martha Stewart has inspired me to be creative no matter what and no matter how little of a task you are doing. If it looks good its makes you feel good. My grandmother use to entertain and create all this neat stuff and I was never interested. She passed away and I never learned a lot of things I should have. Now she's not here to teach me so guess who's next in line. Yes, Martha Stewart and I love her for sharing!

Martha Stewart taught me to aim for beauty, but rejoice in exuberant imperfection; to try not to fall, and to pick myself up with something resembling grace when I do; to raise strong, crafty daughters, (I have 4), and to teach creative kids in creative ways. Thanks, Martha! And thanks, Paper and Cake!

I've been a Martha fan for years and love that she makes being crafty, artistic, organized and a great entertainer/baker/chef easy for those of us with children, work and little time! I also adore your new "Shark & Scuba" party! And, can not thank you enough for working on the "Dino" party last fall so that I could use it for my son's 3rd!

I have been totally inspired with the craft punches from Martha Stewart... so much so that I made my own baby announcements for my last baby with the elephant punch... and some baby announcements for a friend of mine with the whale punch!

Martha makes life a little more beautiful. And who couldn't use a little more beauty in her life?

She has made me feel terribly inferior as a crafter but I still think she's great! I would love to win :-)

Christy May 20, 2011 at 4:37 PM

Watching her has shown me that I can do just about anything fun & crafty if I set my mind to it and by using a little creativity! And I love every minute of it!!!! Making cards, wreaths, flower arrangements, cooking. Thanks Martha!
